Destination wedding , when do i send out the Invites?

We’re having a destination wedding on June 05 2025 in Puerto Rico we are sending out our save dates this week , when should we send the invites for the wedding ? And when should we get the RSVPS back so that we have time to let the vendors know especially when we have may need extra tables for rentals , caterer and desserts since guest list is about 125 ppl and most likely about 90-100 will attend. The spot already holds 200 guest so that part is no biggie.

For a destination wedding, I would send out invitations around 8-10 weeks before the wedding. As for the RSVP date, when do your vendors need you to lock in your final numbers by? Set the RSVP deadline for at least a week before that, since you may need a few days after the deadline to track down responses from people who forgot to RSVP in time.

I haven’t locked in all vendors yet still going through list so don’t have a date vendors need to know some request 1 month prior or two weeks before wedding
