Destination Wedding Hacks - What should i bring with me?

Does anyone have any advice or tips on items I could bring with me on my Site Visit to my destination wedding location? We have family that live in the area that can store things for us. We do not have a final guest count yet as the RSVPs are rolling so anything that should be number specific could be tough.

The main idea I had was to bring the wedding sign/banner down.

Any advice?

Are you doing wedding favors or a guest book? If so, you could bring these down!

Yes I agree favors, sign in book, any welcome bags/baskets. If you are doing any like unity candles, or giving anything to you BP at the RD (if you are having one) anything you really don't need to take with you on travel day can be left with family since it is safe! Hope you have an amazing wedding! I love Barbados!!!!!!!!!!!
