Destination elopement brides

I feel lost in planning! It feels "too easy" but we're not doing a big shabang so maybe it's just way less to do? What all do you have on your planning lists?


We're getting married in Greece (from USA, just the two of us + 1 friend that's doing my hair/makeup) We've booked our trip (minus flights, too early), secured venue, and photographer. We're undecided about flowers. Do I really need a bouquet? Still deciding on if I want one. We've picked out a couple of places that offer private dining for dinner and will book one of them. I haven't gone dress shopping but we're 2 years out, same for his suit.
What am I missing? 2 years feels like forever but between COVID brides, COVID itself, and regular engagements everything is booked up so far out.
