Denver Venue Recommendations?

My FH and I live in a suburb of Denver and are looking for a venue. It's hard to get a real feel for what we might like online, and we haven't had a chance to go tour anything. I wanted to ask to see if anyone has found any nice, affordable venues in Denver and the surrounding area (really Denver, Boulder, Ft. Collins, Breckenridge, Estes Park, places like that) that they might want to recommend.

    I'm not from the area but we attended a wedding in that area a few weeks ago. Views were spectacular and the food was really good. Not sure the price though: https://www.arrowheadcolorado.com/special-events/weddings
