Decoration suggestions/help

Hi!
I am sorry for a double post of this, but just looking for suggestions/help with decorating this for my reception.

Our theme is patriotic, but simple. There will be tables set up and room to dance. There is just not a lot of ways to hang stuff up. We have a couple easels, a chalk board, and a little decor for tables. Also our center pieces for the tables double as our wedding favors.

Being in the armory already, there is quite a bit of military decor, but somehow I’d like to incorporate more red white and blue. Something to hold backdrops maybe? I’ve tried looking on Pinterest, but haven’t really found what I’m looking for. Also trying to keep the budget light while not just looking like we’re in a big empty space.

I'm not sure about the budgetary aspect of this but I think that you could pull off some draping and it would really transform the room! You could anchor the draping + string lights off of the pipes that are on the ceiling.
As for bringing in your colors, I'd suggest adding some bunting or hanging up some 4th of July Garlands. Lastly, you can always do large balloons in your colors!

Love this!! Thank you! I am not sure if we could pull off the drapery, but it is super pretty! I feel like even if we can’t do the drapery, the other suggestions work just as well!!

Hey Elizabeth!
As you mentioned before, what about some free standing backdrops at certain stations?
For example, you could have one behind your sweetheart table / top table, cake table, DJ/band, guestbook table, and any other areas you want to be a focal point and close the space in a little.
You could buy or create some type of a frame you could drape and add some decorations, flowers or lights too!
Here are some ideas I got from Pinterest. You could change the decor up to fit your theme, using red white and blue to decorate the backdrops!

No problem It seems like creating the framework would be simple enough with pipes! Would you or your FS be crafty? Do you think you could make something like this yourselves?
