Day of Coordinator Small Wedding

Honestly I don't think so, with something that small it should be fairly easy to control as long as you have good communication with all of our vendors it should work out fine!

As someone who just got married in January at a 20 person wedding, I’d say yes. My day of coordinator was so worth it and I don’t know what I would have done without her. There are so many things going on the day of, it was nice to have someone else dealing with it (vendor coordination and arrival, decorations, handling last minute requests, etc.). Plus, I appreciated that my mom and sisters did not have to worry themselves with that stuff too.

A coordinator is vital no matter how few or many guests you have. Unless you are eloping with just witnesses.

I personally don’t think for that small of a group you will need someone

We had a micro wedding last year with just us and our parents & siblings and there was a lot to clean up afterwards. It would have been worth it to hire someone to help even at an hourly rate just to clean up afterwards, etc.

We’re having a 30 person vow renewal and are 100% going with a coordinator. Between helping with coordinating, they are going to help set up, clean up, coordinate our timeline and have meetings with our vendors beforehand to make sure we’re on the same page. They also provided a planning portal which is really detailed.

I don’t want to have to work or have my family or friends work. I would rather have a professional who is experienced and knows what they’re doing.

I would ask the person what they will provide with such a small amount of people attending.

So it’s for six people in total? Is it a regular set up where’ll you’ll be decorating the aisle, have flowers, other decor? If so, it might make you feel more relaxed to enjoy the day.

If you will have any type of vendors coming to set things up, I would say yes, it is worth it.

I would say absolutely not with 10 people total. But if you are having vendors, dinner, dj etc., you would still likely need a coordinator!
