Understandable, my husband and I talked about marriage early on as well. I ended up getting pregnant almost 6 months after dating lol we definitely knew. We had also been bestfriends 7 years prior though so we literally knew everything about each other, it was meant to be

I have no idea when my husband and I met, I just know it was sometime in 2010 lol its great that you actually remember that date

FH proposed 4.5 years after our first date, but I knew about the ring for like 6 months He tried proposing twice a couple months after getting it in the mail (I saw the package's return address, which had the Etsy seller that I had sent him links to), but chickened out - both times were too public!

Oh yes very similar to my husband and I. We also thought about moving our big wedding to New Years Eve (since we got married during COVID) but decided we didn't want to wait that long. Now our reception will be 10.02.21

Dated since highchool. 13yrs before wedding planning/official engagement

We went on our first date on July 25, 2018. He proposed on June 9th, 2019. And we got married July 25, 2020. We knew really early on that we wanted to get married and in October 2018, we noticed that July 25th was on a Saturday in 2020. We knew that was our date way before he proposed!

We started dating 02/2020 and we were "pre engaged" by 12/2020 and started actively planning our wedding. He officially proposed with the ring 04/2021.

So you started planning your wedding before he actually proposed?

My fiance and I had been together for exactly 2 years he purposed on our 2 year anniversary. We have a 2 year engagement and our wedding will be on our 4th anniversary.
