I've known my fiance since I was 16 and he was 19. He was in the military then and we didn't want anything serious before he deployed to Iraq. When he came back from Iraq in 2010 we actually started hanging out more and we made it official by the end of that year. We felt very young to get married at that age- he proposed 02/15/20 and of course Covid happened and here we are! lol

We dated for 7months and then got pregnant, had another baby 13 months after our first baby, and now FINALLY after 7 years and ten months he proposed 🤣 Were just a little backwards! Probably getting married closer to the ten year mark but we’re procrastinating on planning now too😂

6 years 😅😅😅

We were in the same circle of friends in high school, then started dating after I graduated college and moved back home. We got engaged on 2/27/21 and on 6/621 we just celebrated 7 years together ❤️ We want to get married next November 2022!

Just under two years for us! Our first date was 6/16/19. We got engaged 3/20/21, but had talked about it for almost a year before. Plus, with my awful work schedule he had to wait till I actually had off to propose! He had the ring for several weeks in the safe. He said after that he didn’t think I wanted to get engaged in the kitchen! Lol I finally had a day off so we went to a distillery and some wineries. We’re getting married 7/9/22 in the same historic town we got engaged in!

We were dating for 11 months exactly when he proposed in 2010. We eloped on our three year anniversary in 2012. Now in 2022 we plan to have a vow renewal for our ten year anniversary since we didn’t have a big wedding. Can’t wait!

Reminds me of my husband and myself. He went away in the army and I went away for college so we didn't start dating until afterwards as well!

Understandable! I feel like some people judge us because they know we been together forever but I don't really care LOL. It never felt right to do it before to us and I am glad he asked when he did.
