Hi! I'm having a little trouble finding a venue in the Pittsburgh area that's customizable. All inclusive packages are nice, but there are a couple of things that I would like to set up myself. I'm finding that a lot of venues require you to use their bartenders or won't allow cold sparklers, etc. Any advice? Thanks!

Hi Brooke! Are those the two big things you're looking for? (BYO bartenders and cold sparklers)
You'll have to ask each venue individually about their sparkler policy, but here are a few Pittsburgh area venues that allow you to BYO alcohol (and therefore might allow you to hire your own bartenders):
