Curious! Anyone else have their wedding during Tropical Storm Nestor?

Just curious, anybody else have tropical storm nestor rearrange their wedding plans this past weekend?? Luckily our venue let us hold the ceremony Friday and have a tropical storm reception in a thankfully strong tent Saturday. (No indoor area at this place) Some guest couldn't make the change but it was the best decision for us... the ceremony picture is why we changed it. Memorable story but man it was stressful to make it happen at the last minute! Thankful amazing vendors and wedding planner!

I just came across this! We were married on October 19, 2019 during Nestor. We had our wedding on the beach (Surfside Beach, SC), just as the storm was coming in. We had to move our ceremony from 4:00 to 12:30. We had our reception at the beach house we had rented. The day before and the day after our wedding had the most beautiful weather, lol.
