Crunch Time

Jazmine, on July 15, 2019 at 12:05 PM Posted in Planning 0 6
This entire wedding process has been pretty damn easy for me... until now. We are 60 days out and with work full time, our 5 year old, 2 dogs, a cat, balancing family/friends and work I feel over my head right now. I feel like I have everything done and then NOPE ... something else.

I’m hoping this passes but I literally can’t sleep some nights the past two weeks thinking about it.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I feel like the stress comes and goes for sure. I have a LONG list of things we need to buy.. Including our rings. Not even to mention a lot of diy stuff. At some points I'm like..meh.. If it doesn't go done it doesn't get done 😂🤷 My stress level did improve a bit a few weeks ago when I finished my bachelor's degree, but definitely still a lot going on. We'll get through it! Lol I felt like I was ahead of the curve and had many sleepless nights as well. I thought it would get better and at times it was good but now we’re 17 days out and it’s 3 am and here I am....awake😂 some days are good and others I have panic attacks. Just remember to stay organized and take time for yourself. Long baths away from FH and DS (20 months) seem to work for me! Ooh also, lean on friends and family for help so you’re not too overwhelmed!!!

Thanks so much!!! I’m sorry you’re experiencing the same thing but it sounds like normal!!! We are 60 days out and I couldn’t sleep, so last night I made the floor plan and the seating chart! 😂 To damn scale and uploaded them into appropriate individual’s schedules! Oh my goodness!
The bath things is a great idea! We have a 5 year old, two dogs, a cat and I work full time sooooooooo I’m with you!

I feel you. We are 60 days, and I am currently 2 time zones away on a business trip... FH just got home from one before I left, and leaves again shortly after I get back. That has been stressful. I also have to start thinking about back to school for my kids.

On a good note, my dresses zipped perfectly after fittings on Saturday.

Only rentals, alcohol, and our ceremony script/vows to go... and traveling to our out of state wedding.
