Creative ways to incorporate pets in the wedding?

I have some amazing “kids” that I’m pretty much obsessed with. I’m bummed becausw a traditional Catholic Ceremony doesn’t allow pets inside the church. I’m looking into my reception venue to see if I can somehow incorporate them or at least one is them if it’s allowed. Do you guys have any ideas how I can incorporate my cat and two dogs? Invites or something at the reception? It is pretty well known to all who know me that I’m all about these kiddos so it would be a personal touch.

I've seen people do drinks at the bar that are named after pets or cutouts for a photo booth if you're doing one 😂

What a cute idea!! I would and easily find places to put the cutouts probably by the guestbook! And I'm loving naming the signature drinks after them! Thank you. Wow killer ideas.

On the table with any favors or dessert you are doing, you can put out treats for your guest’s pets. I think we might do this.

Love the signature drink name per pet!

What about custom illustrated Save the Dates with you both & fur babies? And a custom silhouette cake topper with all 5 of you?

I've got two Chows & two cats. I got a drawing done of the cats and I'm going to have it near the guestbook area. I'm also ordering a cake topper from Etsy with both dogs sculpted in clay and they hold a little sign that says "we do too"

I had someone bring our dog for pictures for a short time! It was awesome to get some pictures and see her that day but we didnt have the stress of worrying about what she may be getting into or whom she may be jumping on or slobbering on for the rest of the day/night. Idk how well cats would do with that though?

Oh your photos turned out beautiful with your dog! Did that same person take the dog back after photos? I’ve had my cat for 14 years so she’s pretty chill. I think it could work with all 3 of my 🐶🐶🐱

We have two adorable kitties so we are including them by naming the signature cocktails after them and also taking pictures together before the wedding!

We had one of our dogs (didn’t have the new puppy yet) in our engagement pictures and chose one with him for our STD. We are ordering this cake topper (but making it plural). And both of our dogs will be walking down the isle with the groomsmen. And they will be involved in pictures. But after the ceremony, we have a family friend taking them home

Finding a venue that allowed our fur babies to be our flower girls was super important to us. So we have a dog walker who will bring them to the wedding and walk them down the aisle stay w them during the ceremony and they will be taking pics with us during the cocktail hour and then she will take then to the boarding facility

Our ceremony/reception venue doesn't allow our pups, but we're incorporating in a few ways.
We're doing custom cocktails and I hope we can have a cute sign. The "Magic" (rum and Coke) will be named for our black and brown Blue Heeler mix and the "Kubo" (Pimms and lemonade) for our Shiba inu.
We'll also have some pet favors, probably dog biscuits and maybe little felt hearts with cat nip.
If I get off my butt and actually finish it, they'll be in our cake topper too. I'm making it out of polymer clay and our figurines will be in full on nerd garb, the dogs too! My FH will be a video game character with Magic dressed as the 11th Doctor from Doctor Who on his shoulder, and I'll be dressed as the 13th Doctor (the lady Doc) with Kubo dressed as Thor on mine.
We're nerdy dog people.
