Creative ways to incorporate pets in the wedding?

That's so great that you can physically incorporate the dogs in the ceremony! I soooo badly want to with mine but my church won't allow it. I'm going to try to talk to the priest personally though and see

What a darling idea! So for sure I will be doing either standups of my pets to put near the guestbook area or framed pics of them and also a cake topper but deciding on the silhouette

That's amazing!! I love how it's totally custom to you guys with Magic. We're somewhat gamers ourselves and familiar with videogame characters. Your cake topper will be unique! We're fitness people so we either wanted to do a bodybuilder topper and incorporate the dogs and cat on there or one just with the dogs and cat.

While I love my dogs, I wouldn't want them at the wedding with so much going on. Instead, with our donation cards, we're going to have one for each organization we adopted from.

FH & i are in the same dilemma as you; our catholic church doesn't allow animals & neither does our reception venue. so we are doing a signature cocktail named after our GSD, stella!! not sure what we are calling it yet, but we will be ordering one of those cute signs off etsy. i have also seen giving dog treats as favors, or setting up a "biscuit bar" decorated with a nice picture of your pets, saying "from our pets to yours" or "please take one for your four legged friends at home!"

we had also stella in our engagement pics, so if we end up doing a biscuit bar or dog treat favors, we would use those photos to set up.

also, i have seen groom's cakes designed after dogs, but FH wouldn't go for it (he says he wouldn't feel comfortable eating stella's head) but i think its a really fun way to incorporate them!!

if not a whole dog cake, they make super cute toppers as others have said as well!

Your engagement photos are PERFECT! Your Stella came out beautifully! What a good dog. I love your cake idea!! At least your FH is more on board with having fun with Stella. My FH is a little more hesitant on including "the kids" as he's not as obsessed as I am. But we are definitely going to do a wedding topper and some kind of biscuit bar/treat bar like you mentioned and including them near our guestbook idea.
