We’ve received 5 gifts from our CB registry so far. Only 1 has been included in the “thank you manager.” Whatever they say when someone is placing an order must be discouraging them from opting into that!!
Of the 4 gifts we’ve received with no sender name in the thank you manager, 3 have had notes on the gift receipt indicating who it’s from. However, there is one package we just got yesterday worth over $120 where we don’t know who it’s from

Customer service chat agent said they can’t give me the person’s name on the billing address since they didn’t opt-in to the thank you manager. That’s infuriating.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you track down and figure out who it is?
