We’ve received 5 gifts from our CB registry so far. Only 1 has been included in the “thank you manager.” Whatever they say when someone is placing an order must be discouraging them from opting into that!!
Of the 4 gifts we’ve received with no sender name in the thank you manager, 3 have had notes on the gift receipt indicating who it’s from. However, there is one package we just got yesterday worth over $120 where we don’t know who it’s from
they left a very sweet note but no name, even though it sounds like they think we know who they are. Customer service chat agent said they can’t give me the person’s name on the billing address since they didn’t opt-in to the thank you manager. That’s infuriating.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you track down and figure out who it is?
