Covid weddings: How many guests & tables

Monica, on September 22, 2021 at 1:22 AM Posted in Planning 0 11
If you have had your wedding during the pandemic, Im just curious: how many guests did you have and how many tables did you use.

My goal is to space people apart at the tables which now means more tables & tablecloths. Wedding is in like 11 days and im still getting last minute rsvps trickling in. Some of the shipping delivery times for more tablecloths is really cutting it close as in expected delivery 2days prior to the wedding. So im going to have to purchase extra now before I have a full seating chart put together.

You can rent linens too! I would keep same-household families together and see if that helps with spacing. This was my Covid plan in 2020 until everything shut down, but it seems to make the most sense - safety wise. You've got this!!!

We had 17 guests, all outside and 4 different tables. We tried to stay by household as much as possible but that was difficult with our friends since they don’t live together. We had max 5 guests at a table that normally holds 10-12

We had 110 guests RSVP yes and we had 17 tables. Some tables had as little as 4 people or as many as 8. Good luck ❤️❤️❤️

For our minimony we only had 35 guests and about 8-9 tables. For our upcoming reception on 10/2 we have about 80 guests and 10 tables so it will be about 7-8 people per table.

This was the answer I was looking for. We have about 115 rsvp yes. Im planning to have extra space at the table with the same numbers, 4 people minimum at a table.

Due to covid we did household seating or close family who were vaccinated. We had tables as small as 5 and tables as large as 7 or 8 max.

Hahaha!! It's usually cost effective and you return them rather than wondering what to do with them. I'm glad that I could help!!
