I totally wasn't aware that the super bowl was the same day as our weddings! When I told my FH that he laughed and thought it was pretty ironic. We're having our wedding in Orlando, though, so I'm not too worried about things not being available! However, I WAS worried about my venue not being available since we have chosen such a popular date! We got lucky!

I'm thinking of having the game on in the groom's room since kickoff is supposed to be at 6:30- right when our reception is supposed to start! So I'm sure we will have a lot of football fans popping in on the game! I'd rather accommodate the "super-fans" than risk people not being there! We may have a few decorations for the room too, but I'm not sure yet.

My FH and all of his groomsmen are from Boston. We're getting married in Central Florida, so booking rooms shouldn't be an issue. I'm more concerned with if the Patriots make it to the Superbowl again. I might lose a few wedding guests! I also had to promise my FH that we could set up a TV in the reception room if they did make it. Lol

I chose this wedding date because it’s an infinity number the same forward and backwards!!! Who else chose it for that reason??

I keep saying we chose it so he wouldn't forget! But I have a thing for things being even numbers, so it just worked for us!
