We are planning a Harry Potter themed wedding and thought it would be super awesome to get married by a noteable character from the books/movies. I have searched everywhere and I can’t find ANYTHING so far. Have you had a cosplay wedding? How did you find your officiant?

Hi Sarah!
This sounds like it would be so much fun! I’m a huge Harry Potter fan so I’m loving this idea!
Are there any local Harry Potter conventions/events or local comic con organizers you could reach out to and ask if they know of a cosplay officiant?
From my search, I found there was a St.Louis Comic Con in June of this year. Perhaps reaching out to the event organizers could be a great place to start your search?

I am also having a Harry Potter wedding!!! My officiant will be dressed as Dumbledore! My officiant is a family friend so he was okay with not being as “professional” looking since I requested it
