Change out of bridemaid's dress after dinner?

I am the MOH in an upcoming wedding. I tried on the dress today (just received) and it is just awful! I am the MOH in an upcoming wedding. I tried on the dress today (just received) and it is just awful! Not in the typical way that all bridesmaids dresses are awful (that I wouldn't care about and was expecting that). It's awful in the way that it shows everything! It's a dress that is made of satin jersey so it shows every little bump. I am thin so it's not a weight thing. The big issue is really my big boobs. This is one of those dresses that is supposed to be able to be worn in many different ways but none of the ways allow me to wear a bra of any kind. It is backless and very low cut. The material is extremely thin and my nipples are on full display, no matter how I have tried to wrap it. The best way would be strapless but with the way the dress is made, my large breasts, and the material it just didn't stay and I would be fussing with it the whole time. Other ways show major cleavage or major sideboob. None of which are appropriate for a wedding IMO, or anywhere outside my bedroom

What about wearing a pretty camisole under the dress, to give you more coverage/more bra options? If you can find one in a similar color, it wouldn't be too obvious. I'm really sorry, what a tricky situation!

There are a bunch of ways to tie convertible dresses that you can still wear a regular bra. This video is great, and this woman also had a few other great videos with other ways to tie: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=G86aL0p3npQ She makes her own convertible dress for plus size women, but most convertible dresses can be tied the same ways. You don't have to stick to the ways that the dress maker suggests, there are tons of different tutorials on Pinterest and YouTube. It may take a little practice to get it to look as good, but it is possible.

@Natalie thank you. At this point I think I am going to try and make one of the "full coverage" options where I can wear a regular bra work. It is still really low cut so I'm not entirely sure how I can fix that but I think I can make it work.

@ Grace any silicone inserts always leave a weird seam and make for a very strange silhouette especially with this kind of fabric. Large breasted girls I think understand this. As much as those things may work for C cups and below they tend to look terrible and not work for anything larger, even if they say they do. On top of that they add size and the last thing I ever try to do is add any size to my breasts. I tend to buy unlined bras with zero foam and no pushup. I hate padding, lining or anything else that adds size. It''s uncomfortable and looks terrible on me. I am already small and short as it is so I don't need any extra anything up top. I know most people think it's a problem they would love to have but it actually really sucks.

I do appreciate all of the advice, creative ideas, and help because all of them have helped me, even if they wouldn't ultimately work. It has definitely helped me get closer to a solution, so thanks to all of you because you guys are awesome!
