Change of color scheme

Rebecca, on September 21, 2019 at 2:15 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 3
I’m very particular when it comes to things “matching”.... So at first I thought I was going to do my dark purple and silver theme. But now my dress has a champagne underlay so I kinda wanna switch my colors to the dark purple, champagne and maybe accent of lilac purple (for a fall wedding? Would that look okay?). The problem is for my centerpieces I already bought and made up table numbers which is a silver picture frame. Should I get new frames or embrace the mix matches metals?

I think those colors would look fine together, although I also don't think you need to change your entire color scheme to match your dress. Tons of brides have blush or champagne dresses without working it into the rest of the wedding and it looks fine. I'm also not sure what you mean about the mismatched metals. Silver and what...? Silver would still work with your new color scheme.

    Hey Rebecca!

I personally think the silver frames will still work with your new color scheme! You can always incorporate the color scheme on the piece of card in the frame with the table number.

What material are the frames? If they’re wood, and you’re not happy with the color, you could spray paint them to a color you would prefer Smiley smile
