Centerpiece Ideas?

What is your wedding vibe/ setting? It makes a difference in your decorations. For example, we are having an outdoor evening reception. We decided to use wreathes with lanterns in the center that will add a romantic glow to the tables. I'll be decorating the lanterns with flowers that match the wedding. If I was having a morning wedding these centerpieces wouldn't work. Give us an idea of your theme.

Im doing a large mercury globe on a short wrought iron stand, greenery wrapped around, and a vine going away on each side (rectangular vineyard tables) along the navy taffeta table runner and a trio of clear, cylindrical, candleholders on each end. Mercury glass votives scattered on the table.

This is my inspiration. We're doing lanterns and books with greenery wrapped around.

I'm doing faux orchids in water with submersible LED lights at the bottom and maybe a floating candle on top.

We are not doing floral centerpieces at all, as I feel like it’s a waste of money. The venue has tall vases with floating candles and we may add small mason jar type fairy lanterns with different characters on each as we are doing a Disney theme.

We had a sort of moon and stars theme, so we did really simple fairy lights for centerpieces.

I'm doing an arrangement of candles, colored stones and sand, with maybe some shells. I haven't worked out the design yet, but I'm getting inspiration from Pinterest. You should look there. They have tons of ideas.
