Celebrity invites

We only sent one, to Jim Harbaugh (Michigan football head coach), with a picture of us wearing his jerseys. I think if I'd done more digging I would have been able to come up with a home address, but I ended up sending it to the Athletic Department. I'd like to think he just never got it, rather than he's a big turd who didn't reply (although yes, I'm aware that lots of people will probably just say he's a jerk).

I've heard you get cool responses sending invites to the President and to Mickey/Minnie Mouse.

I didn't even know this was a thing till I got on WW honestly. I am planning to send one to Dita Von Teese- because I'm a huge fan. And probably Rob Zombie. And that's about it.

We are big Flyers fans sending a invite to the coach would be fun just never thought much about it tell now........must look into this! lol

We are sending a few extras out to celebrities. One to Rachel Ray & one to Brian Littrell from the Backstreet Boys We hope to get some sorta response.

We are sending some to Mickey and Minnie and Cinderalla and Prince Charming because my 3 girls would love it.

Will probably send one to Ellen to. I figure I'll have a few extra so I might as well possibly get some cool keepsakes.

@Ready, I saw that article. I think I'm going to do the Mouses, the Obamas, Cinderella, and Ed Sheeran (we love his music and are using at least two songs in the wedding).

So far our list is Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Swift. Although I could name countless others!

I'm inviting the President and First Lady, Fall Out Boy, Cam Newton and J. Cole. If we have an abundance of extras, we might do a few more.

Question though, when you send them to these people, do you send the whole shebang with pocket and RSVP card and everything, or just the invite in an envelope?

We were going to send invites to the Men in Blazers (they do a hilarious soccer podcast that FH loves) but we forgot.

We sent one to Luke Bryan. Nothing ever came back though. Not that I thought it would.

I'm going to send one to Neil Patrick Harris. I'm a huge fan and my dog is named after him. Maybe also Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon.

I'm sending one as a surprise for FH to the patriots, hopefully someone will sign it from the team.

Yes! Cam Newton would be awesome. Would you send it to the Panthers or find another address? I would probably want to send one to Jimmy Fallon. FH will probably want to send one to Richard Madden.

I'm sending one to Michael Buble... I absolutely love him. I heard that sometimes he has shown up at weddings and sang for the bride and groom.

We sent one to Taylor Swift because if it was up to FH, all of our reception music would be Taylor Swift. She hasn't replied, he is sad.
