In the interim, I’d suggest just using the phone number, website, or email that they have listed on WeddingWire and just reach out directly to them.

**to add clarification, reach out directly *outside of* WeddingWire.


Personally I only used WeddingWire to do the research part, and then used the more direct avenues if I wanted to reach out.

I also agree with the previous poster. I would reach out to them directly via email or by phone.
