Can't pick a dress to save my life

I'm back I posted a discussion about 4 weeks ago with a few dresses that I was trying to decide between. The one that "won" you guys over had entirely too much "bling" or my taste. It was the Karena Royale by Maggie Sottero. I very much appreciate the votes, but I just couldn't sell myself on it....

I'm back Smiley sad I posted a discussion about 4 weeks ago with a few dresses that I was trying to decide between. The one that "won" you guys over had entirely too much "bling" or my taste. It was the Karena Royale by Maggie Sottero. I very much appreciate the votes, but I just couldn't sell myself on it.

So I found myself trying on dresses yet again last night.

I wrote down three that were half way decent, and although I'm not sure if any of these are THE ONE, I need to know if I'm on the right path. Be honest, tell me which ones are awful or if any are OK.

The first dress is Allure 2455. I think I like it, but its SO different than what I thought I wanted that I'm afraid to like it. I'm also worried that the front is a little too old lady.

@VeroSS - Too freaking funny that you ask about the dress on that mannequin. I did try it on and I loved it. Problem was it was outside of my budget and everyone in the room hated it Smiley sad It was too tight, but the back looked FAB.

The dress your mom chose is a nice fit on you! However, it sounds as though you're not sold! And you also say that the others are halfway decent, which tells me you're still not sold! It seems like out of all the dresses you have pictures of kinda look all the same. So just for fun, why don't you try on gowns that are completely different than you thought you would like! There are so many different silhouettes to consider such as A-line, ballgown, sheath, tea length (you'd be surprised!).....but try a different material! Satin is a very flattering material and can be dressed up or down to your liking!

I think you look lovely in all of them but think out of the box! And just for the fun of it try another shop and see if you get a different feel for their dresses! You never know! I hope you find that perfect gown that makes you feel special! And congrats!

I love the dress you bought - I like strapless on you and it looks amazing! But if you're not happy, you have to keep trying until you find the one (you had to try different guys until you found your fiancé). Don't be discouraged, you'll know it when you try it on.

    Best wishes Smiley smile

I agree with the ladies that are saying that maybe none of these are "the dress". Keep looking!!

You don't look happy in any of the photos and since your questioning all of them, perhaps none are your gown.

Have you tried a different silhouette? For your body shape I recommend strapless, sweetheart neckline, a-line with ruching or detailing at the waist.

    Something similar to this...

I have to say that putting a budget on your wedding dress is really hard. I started with a budget of $300 and then bumped it up to $500 and then when I tried on dresses I fell in love with my dress and it cost almost $900. The dressed you loved looked very good on you and I don't think it was to tight because it looks awesome on you. I would put the extra money into it since it's the one you love so you can have your dream dress. It is very beautiful on you.
