Neither! Cupcakes don’t bake the same and the decorations are limited because of the space on the cake and cake pops are too sweet!

Inside scoop form a pastry chef - cake pops are often made from cake scraps (from shaping/ trimming cakes). A great way to lower food waste and still delicious but I always feel like they are so over priced for what people are getting!
