Cake Smash - Yea or Nay?

Definitely no. I've never thought this was funny.

Nay! I am not paying for professional makeup, hair and my dress to get cake all over!

Nay! I don't want to have my expensive af makeup and hair ruined, after having to spend sooo much on it in the 1st place, Also, it's a waste of delicious cake!

Nay! However we both did a little "boop" on eachothers noses with a tiny bit of frosting that was cute Some of our guests kept trying to get him to smash the cake into my face and I was so glad we had discussed it before hand!

Nay! It's rude. And I paid to have my hair and makeup done, no way did I want to ruin it or my dress with an expensive cake.

Nay it's overdone and unfunny. I find it can be upsetting especially if not discussed. I just want a nice cake cutting plus I love him too much to do that to him he wouldn't tell me it upset him if it did but I would be able to tell and that would hurt me.

I really hope not! I told FH that I will be paying a lot for my hair and makeup and don't want it getting messed up by cake. It can be cute if it's just icing on the nose or something though!

Only if it's being smashed on FHXD I'm not paying $200 for makeup to be covered in cake.

Nay... i hate cake smashes! I would have been so upset if my husband even tried to do that to me. I feel like when you're all dressed up and at a formal event, the last thing you want is cake all over your face and potentially your dress. No thank you!
