Brunch Wedding Menu - Need opinions/suggestions please!

I think it sounds good! I agree with Michelle about having non alcoholic options as I don't drink.

Isn't the point of brunch for it to be a little all over the place? A little of this, a little of that? Every brunch I've been to was! You have a good mix of savory and sweet, and a good mix of breakfast and lunch, as well as a balance between heavier foods like French toast and lighter fare like the salad station. Seems like you have your guests covered no matter what they might be in the mood for. Or if they're like me and in the mood for a little bit of all of it!

Only thing I'd say is what others have mentioned, have the non-alcoholic options like tea, lemonade, and coffee available for those who don't drink.

I think that sounds amazing! I went to a brunch wedding before and they had an omelette and french toast stations. The omelette one had meats, cheeses and veggies you could add and the french toast one had different syrups, fruits and various types of baking chips you could add. It was delicious

All that looks great! I would MAYBE add one more savory "lunch" option like mac and cheese (that's always on brunch menus where I live) or cheesy potatoes. If you don't add anything though, your menu is still fantastic!
