Hey all, my fiancé and I are getting married May 8th. It’s going to be an outdoor brunch wedding. I keep going back and forth on the menu, and I’m concerned that the menu is a little all over the place. This is what we have so far:

Mini chicken and waffle sliders (bite size until reception starts)
Egg FlorentineCreme Brûlée French ToastCountry Fried Steak Biscuits w/GravyStrawberry Salad Station with Chicken Fresh Fruit
Cake
Plus Bloody Mary’s, Mimosas, and beer/wine will be served
Thoughts??

That all sounds good to me. Thats a normal brunch menu from any restaurant (minus the creme brulee, but I think you should keep it if you like it)

Sounds delicious! Have coffee/hot chocolate/juice as non alcoholic options.

I think it sounds good! I agree with Michelle about having non alcoholic options as I don't drink.

My daughter just had her brunch reception and had egg croissants (with choice of meat), biscuits/gravy, country potatoes, fruit salad, bacon, pastries, frittatas and cinnamon rolls with a variety of flavored frostings (instead of cake). She also had a gourmet coffee/tea cart and a mimosa bar (with beer, wine, champagne).

I'm with Julie. I'd eat every single thing on that menu!

Isn't the point of brunch for it to be a little all over the place? A little of this, a little of that? Every brunch I've been to was! You have a good mix of savory and sweet, and a good mix of breakfast and lunch, as well as a balance between heavier foods like French toast and lighter fare like the salad station. Seems like you have your guests covered no matter what they might be in the mood for. Or if they're like me and in the mood for a little bit of all of it! Smiley winking

Only thing I'd say is what others have mentioned, have the non-alcoholic options like tea, lemonade, and coffee available for those who don't drink.

I think that sounds amazing! I went to a brunch wedding before and they had an omelette and french toast stations. The omelette one had meats, cheeses and veggies you could add and the french toast one had different syrups, fruits and various types of baking chips you could add. It was delicious

All that looks great! I would MAYBE add one more savory "lunch" option like mac and cheese (that's always on brunch menus where I live) or cheesy potatoes. If you don't add anything though, your menu is still fantastic!
