Bridesmaids Dresses: Modern or Traditional?

Both? I guess haha! They are wearing the same dress, but it's a convertible dress so they'll be able to wear it in whatever style they want to!

Modern. I don't even have bridesmaids! I have two guys standing up with me.

my bridesmaids all got their dresses from David's. They are all David's designer brand in the same color and length and they all have lace and a ribbon but technically they are all different dresses. They are also all wearing beige/nude shoes but they are all different styles. I did also buy them all matching necklaces

Mine is definately Modern that way they all are comfortable in what they are wearing.

Modern? Same dresses, but shoes, hair and jewelry were what they wanted.

We are doing a mix of both. They will all be in the same dress, but they will be 2 different colors that are alternating

More modern. It’s the same dress but their accent colors are different. Same style of shoes but colors are different.

Modern, I gave the girls 4 options to choose from. Hair I'm not to worried about just no extreme colors. We are all wearing converse

Modern. I actually let them pick out whatever dress from whatever store they wanted. I just gave them 5 colors to choose from. And they can do whatever they want for hair and makeup. I just want them to have fun and feel good on the day.

I had all my girls match, I wouldnt be able to handle mixed looks! Thankfully all of the bridesmaids loved the style. $35 from Rent the Runway!

Traditional for the dresses. I'm a uniform kind of person, so they will be wearing the same dress, same color. I don't mind anyone else to do whatever they want, I am just not into that. As long as they don't wear crazy colored shoes, any shoe is fine. They can wear jewelry or not. They will all have their hair done by my hair stylist (bridesmaid, and yes it is covered by me), but they are free to choose their own styling. Nails, just a color that will go with the dress or colors of the wedding. None of them do crazy colors that wouldn't match anyway, so not really a big ask.

Modern(ish): I'm ok with different dresses, but same color. I only have 4 bridesmaids, but they each have a different body type. It is more important to me that they feel beautiful, than to have the same dress.

Traditional. Although in the South, back in the 60's and 70's it was " tradition" to put each maid in a different colored big, pouffy ballgown ( some even had hoop skirts). I've studied fashion history. ❤

Traditional for the dress; the girls are all in the same dress, same color. Modern for hair and shoes; I basically thought them I want their hair up, and the shoes nude. The exact decisions they will make themselves!

My bridesmaid dresses may be the most beautiful dresses ever. Im not traditionally someone who wants everyone to looks second best just because its my wedding. I wanted us all to look pretty and feel pretty. Modern approach..check!

Traditional! All of my bridesmaids were the same dress but were free to do what they wanted eith their hair and makeup.

We will be modern, every girl in a different color/dress
