Bridesmaid Parasols! Yay or Nay?

I am startling to love the idea of using parasols instead of bouquets, especially since we'll be getting married in July when it's likely to get hot! I have an inspiration photo where they held parasols and my cousin had us hold some as well, I just never thought about it in my own wedding until...

They're cute! Plus, they're probably a lot cheaper than bouquets, and they're a souvenir for the BMs.

I think Cabell used parasols if you want to check her profile out.

Jen, Cost Plus World Market has them in the seattle area. If you search the internet for coupons you can get a $10 off $30 and they will take that on top of a sale. They have a lot of different colors and prints for $6.99.
We are getting printed orange and pink for our beach wedding because a lot of the older family members don't like being in the sun. We will then use they for pictures and I am getting one to paint "Thank you" for our thank you cards.
