You could give them each a framed photo of you and them as part of their gift! What types of things is each person interested in? The gifts don't all have to be the same thing. Or you could pick a common gift (like some sort of beverage cup), and get a different design for each person (a coffee mug and a Starbucks gift card for someone who loves coffee, a personalized water bottle and headphones for someone who loves running, a wine glass and bottle of wine for a wine drinker, a pint glass and six pack of beer for a beer drinker, etc).

I think personalized is a great way to go - as in specifically picked for each girl (although monograms are cute too!). I went with the same thing for all of mine, but I thought about things they all like. I feel like I went a bit overboard, but I am doing bridesmaid bags with a water tumbler, a mini jar of honey, a scrunchie, a specifically chosen scented candle in a mug they can keep, and a mini bottle of sparkling wine. I also stuck getting ready outfits in there as they actually were excited about those. Hopefully those ideas might be helpful!

I would pick things based on what they like. For example, if one loves coffee you could do like a coffee basket type thing. Each girl doesn't need to have the same thing.

Maybe get them all water bottles with their names printed on them? You could pair each one with a cute personalized duffle bag as well. You could try to find them in a color palette that goes nicely with your wedding colors if you want it to be on theme, or you could get them in everyone's favorite color. Then, you could give them out about a week before the wedding and they can use their gifts on your wedding day! They would most likely use them again too. Just don't write "bridesmaid" or the wedding date on it. I know you can find really cute ones on Etsy.

Unpopular idea but shop like it’s their birthday or Christmas based on their individual interests and hobbies. Stay away from things that are marketed as bridesmaid gifts, such as tote bags, tumblers, jewelry, etc, and also avoid anything that is intended for your wedding day: hair/makeup, jewelry, dress, shoes, robe/pjs for getting ready. Those are all props for your pictures, not gifts for them.

Think about what each lady is into. Does one enjoy cooking/baking? Does another enjoy the outdoors? Does another have a favorite movie or musician? And so on.

I bought them typical stuff, but at the same time, stuff they would want to use again. I got them each a sparkly black Kate Spade tote with matching cosmetic bag, really nice silk robes, chenille scarves, hand cream, lip balm, comfy socks with grips for dancing later, and a diamond bracelet (I found these on super super crazy clearance). I'm probably going to stick a bottle of their favorite alcohol in there, too. Also, I'm paying for their hair and makeup - not really a "gift", but I don't want them to have to worry about that expense.

I got everyone these really soft monogrammed leggings, a monogrammed zip hoodie, fluffy slippers with their names, their favorite wine with a label that said "pairs great with bridesmaid duties," and a tote bag with their names on them. I also wrote each a letter thanking them for being an important part of my life, being there for me through the whole wedding process, etc.

I'd steer clear of anything that says "bridesmaid" unless it's something like food or drinks or something not intended to be a long-term thing.

I'm on the "shop like they are a person, not a wedding party member" train. Anything you get them as a cute prop for your wedding isn't really for them, it's for your wedding. I would pick gifts that you know they would use for themselves.
