Bridesmaid Dresses: Long or Short?

It cut off but my girls have long dresses I blacken my bridesmaid face out because I know she doesn’t like posting pic of her

I love long, for the look and the idea that they can wear any shoes (heels, flats, etc) that want without it looking bad and mismatched.

Long!! I feel short is a little informal next to a wedding gown (especially since mine is a beaded ballgown!)

Long! It’s a summer wedding but I let my girls choose!

My maids got to choose their own dresses (I picked the colors) and they all chose long!

I like long, I think it's a little more formal and flattering, and I don't have to worry or care what shoes they all wear.

Long dresses for my girls. It feels more formal to me.

Mine will probably be short. July 6th in Texas will be hot. I think the time of year and location dictates the length of the dresses as does fabric.

So my bridesmaids are wearing long dresses but I'll be wearing a tea length.

Long. Mine are wearing the dresses in the first photo but it’s long version.

Short. More fun to dance in!

Long and flowy! Suits body types well and goes with the feel I want for my wedding

My dress, matron of honor’s dress and flower girl will all be long dresses. I’m getting married at 3 in the afternoon with only family invited and my reception or party Q bbq will begin at 5 with all our friends.

Both. I have 3 wearing short and 2 wearing long. I let them pick what they wanted since I am getting married on the beach.

Short--and I'm letting them choose the style (in navy). My thought is that since they're buying the dress, I might as well have them get something they might wear again. Also, I personally think the short looks better (it looks more cute and fun) and long dresses remind me of prom.
