Bridesgang gifts

You don't have to get everyone the same gift. Honestly, it's better to try to individualize the gifts a bit so you can make sure each person really likes what you give them.

Don't give them all the same gifts, for anything. Show you love them for the individual people they are, with gifts you choose separately for each one according to his/ her interests or taste. They are only a team or crew to you. That is now how they see themselves, and whether it says bride's crew or they are all alike, people will mostly throw out your gift if one for all, rather than personal.

Agree with this. Give them something they will appreciate long after the wedding is over that fits their individual interests and is not labeled with names/date/title.

Agree with the other answers, but just wanted to say I LOVE Bridesgang and think it should be accepted into everyday vernacular!

Nice long hotel robes (they have some great, reasonably priced, & customized ones on Etsy). Super comfortable, useful, and gender-neutral.

I had a bridesman in my party so everything i did was either gender neutral or in a version where i could give to him. for instance i gave the girls a necklace/bracelet with a knot design. for him i gave him cufflinks with a knot design.
