Brides with Tattoos

Nope! most of mine can be hidden with normal attire. but I had lace sleeves so you couldn't see the ones on my arms but i have two on my back. they're a part of me. i didn't feel i should cover them

Absolutely not. What’s the point in having them then if you aren’t going to show them off!

When I went wedding dress shopping, I made sure that my tattoos were showing. I love every opportunity to show them off! But it's really up to you if you wanna cover them or not! Me personally if you got them flaunt them!!

I only have one tattoo and its on my upper back, I have always regretted it so I intentionally got a dress that covers up that part of my back. If I had tattoos that I loved then I wouldn't care about them showing.

I have a tattoo on my right leg just above my ankle and my dress will cover it up if the dress doesn't have a split in it ( I haven't choose my dress yet) but if it does have a split I will not cover it up. My suggestion would be once you choose your dress ( if you haven't already) put it on and ask yourself how does it look with your dress, does it take away from your dress or not and also how do you feel in your dress with the tattoo showing, hopefully that will help and either or you will be a stunning bride with or without the tattoo showing.

I'm hoping my right arm is basically covered in ink by the start of next September. Also have some on my left arm and right shoulder blade. They'll ALL be out and on display. They're a part of me so why would I cover them up? Plus edgy ink against soft lace is just pretty 😍

My HTB and I have matching tattoos next to our hearts. I am contemplating on covering it . I haven't fully decided yet.

I will not be covering my tattoos and hopefully neither will my fiance I love my work and all my pieces have a meaning they represent me and my family so I am proudly displaying mine

I have one tattoo on my should that luckily my dream dress covers with the strap - but my other 6 tattoos are on my legs and will be covered.
I debated covering or not, but since I kinda regret my tattoo I’m most likely going with the covering up option!

No I want everyone to see mine. I love every tattoo I have and I’d never hide them.

My tattoo is on my ankle, and as I’m planning on wearing a ball gown it will not really be on display.

I had a friend who planned to cover her whole sleeve and chest tattoos with makeup. After it was all on she hated it, showered it all off, and strutted on her wedding day with them 🤣

Everyone here is saying no which is great (embrace them!) but I’m quite opposite. I have a large tattoo on my left shoulder and I’m in the process of getting it removed (laser tattoo removal). However...I regretted getting it years ago and I just pushed off getting it removed until I got married and here I am. I’m 3 treatments in and have 2-3 to go until it’s completely removed. It’s expensive and painful but it’ll be worth it to me.

I have them on both shoulders and did not cover them.

All mine will be covered up because they r on my back n thighs n feet and the only one that will be shown will be my FH name on my ring finger and my dads signature 💖
