Brides with Tattoos

I have tattoos on my arm and I plan on having sheer sleeves but they won't so much cover them as you'll still be able to see them

Haha to be honest I might have a full sleeve by the time my wedding happens and my FH thinks it's sexy to. I thought about covering them but I don't know if I'll like the dresses with full fabric sleeves.

I personally didn't! I did however, think my dress covered more of my side hahaha so the pictures were a bit surprising! My other two were covered. (PS not a great picture but just the first one of my tattoo that was in the album).

I don't plan on covering up my tattoos. Not all of them will show but for the ones that will show with my dress, I don't plan on covering up.

I didn't. I did however look at make up cover options to

NOPE......I have a half sleeve on both arms, Back shoulder, & left chest and they will be showing.

I’m not covering mine. The ones on the tops of my feet and on the left shoulder will show in my dress

I have a full sleeve dedicated to both my grandmothers, one who is no longer with us. So I’ll not be coving them up 😁

I have one on my upper back that I absolutely hate so im going to try to get it touched up but if that doesnt work im going to cover it for the day

Nope will not be covering them! I have 7 tattoos. 2 of which no one will see because they will be covered by my dress. One is on my foot so many people won’t see it and the I have 1 on both of my wrists 1 on my left bicep and 1 on my back all of which represent my sis and nephew who passed almost a year ago so I will be wearing them proud 😁

My makeup artist uses airbrush makeup to cover tattoos and blemishes. I don't have tattoos, but at the time of my wedding I had some weird skin issue on my upper back, above my dress line! It may have been some form of eczema, but I'm not 100% sure I remember the diagnosis. I saw my dermatologist and was treating it with a cream, but it was still visible by the wedding day. Fortunately, the artist was able to cover it up.


If you decide to cover your tats, ask your artist what technique she will use. Make sure it doesn't run off with sweat.
