When you go dress shopping make sure you don't get your exact size. Get one size up and you should be fine. Then you can get the dress altered a few months before you get married so it will be a perfect fit.

Also, one piece of advice from someone who worked in lingerie for a long time....go get a formal bra fitting from a place like Nordstrom before you get the implants so you know the true size you started from. The way plastic surgeons size is based on volume of the implant which is not the way bras are actually sized. Then once you are healed and ready to be in regular bras again, go and get a fitting again. Do not be surprised when you go up more than one cup size in the actual bra you wear. In the many women I fit who had augmentation, none only went up a true one cup size. It isn't a reflection of the surgeon but just a reflection of the fact that surgeons and actual bra makers size differently. Happy healing!
