Beach wedding

So me and my FH have decided we wanted to go to south Carolina and get married on the because because hes never been to the beach before. Were from Kentucky. So I was hoping people could help me with some ideas of what area to choose since there are so many different areas of the beach to choose from. Were having a small wedding under 30 people in all. Any help would he geeat we are getting married September 16 2020

    Right now we are leaning toward doing it in Horry county because for a small wedding there. On their goverment page it says that you do not need any permit as long as it is not a commercial wedding. And since our wedding doesn't fall under a commercial type we wouldn't have to pay to use the beach as our venue
