I really need to tone and get rid of some of this back fat ladies. The only thing is between work, running small business and having a family, it's hard to even get time to myself. Any tips?

    Gabrielle, thank you so much. My issue is that I like my size, I just need to tone. Working out for me is weird because I lose all the weight in places that I don't want to lose it in. I'm "special" like that Lol. Thanks for the info sis.

    You're welcome! I picked up some 2lb weights today at 5 below! They were $3 each, if it gets to feel like the 2lbs aren't enough I can go back and pick up some 3 or 4lb weights. They are super cheap there.
