Back Fat be Gone.

I really need to tone and get rid of some of this back fat ladies. The only thing is between work, running small business and having a family, it's hard to even get time to myself. Any tips?

    WOW that dress is stunning!! you look so gorgeous!!! My friend gave me a little info. There is an app called 7 minute work out. she does it twice for 15 min but she says its great and super quick and easy! I just downloaded it last night. I plan on giving it a try! I've also started to cut SOME carbs (because this girl loves her rice, pasta, and bread!) and I'm bringing salads and healthy snacks for work. Eating cauliflower rice and quinoa. Good luck! but you already look perfect!

    First things first, that is a gorgeous dress and it looks amazing on you.

    Busy schedules are many times the reason that people don't exercise, because after a long day at work all we want to do is relax and watch TV. However, luckily for you, losing weight is more about your diet than anything else. For example, if you worked out 6 days a week, but ate way too much junk food and calories, then you won't lose any weight, while if you diet correctly and don't workout, the pounds will still shed off.

    Different diets work for everyone, so you'll have to find one that works for you, but I personally recommend CICO , or calories in calories out, which means that you eat less calories than you burn in a day. CICO is different from other diets in the fact that it's basic science, and is the basis of almost every diet. Diets like Keto and Paleo won't work if you eat too many calories per day.

    Hey boo! You are BANGIN in that dress! You already look bomb, and I understand wanting to shine as bright as you can.

    My trainer really advocates the cable machines where you can pull back from different angles.

    Honey!!!! That dress on you look amazing!!! I am actually doing an intermittent fast because I work overnights and if I do eat during the day it will be smoothies without a lot of sugar. I been losing the inches but to keep yourself tone. Walking always help or at home exercises!! But honey keep working it!!! You look so beautiful!! Congratulations on the wedding also!!!

    I'm a fitness instructor and help gals with this all the time.

    Resistance bands are your best friend. Buy one at target or tjmaxx for $10. Do cross body work and overhead work.

    One of these has shown a "Cross Body Reach" that one really helps.

    Ideally the longer the movement the more you lean and tone muscle

    Also try and eliminate carbonated drinks. Your body will let go of retained water much quicker.

    You look GORGEOUS!!!! That dress compliments you SO well. Personally, I don't think you need to change a thing. That being said, do what makes you feel good! Either way you will look beautiful. As far as losing "back fat" (I don't think you have any), I'd start with diet. It's amazing how much of a difference it makes. I did Whole30 a couple of years ago and lost 17 pounds in 30 days. You'd be surprised at how much bloat and inflammation dairy and grains cause. It will shock you to see what cutting it out for 30 days will do. Either way, you look great!!!
