Back Fat be Gone. 1

I really need to tone and get rid of some of this back fat ladies. The only thing is between work, running small business and having a family, it's hard to even get time to myself. Any tips?

First of all WOW do you look beautiful in that dress. I'm trying to lose back fat too, what i'm doing is some hand weight back exercises I found on Youtube. I have handweights, but they mention using canned goods for those who don't. This week i'm doing them every other day, then next week most days in the week. easing into it

I started these at home exercises where it's super easy ! It's like doing planks and workouts where you don't need any materials. It's like small sets of exercises for ten minutes a day too.

Girl first off you are SLAYING in your dress! 😍

I would go on Google or Pinterest & check out quick at home excercises you can do! Even if its 15 minutes a day it's better then nothing at all! Since you want to specifically target your back I would look into getting 5-10lb weights and resistance bands. YOU GOT THIS!!

You're welcome! I tried on my wedding band yesterday and it didn't fit...and my day is 24 days from now so i'm doing what I can. If you have cable tv or dish they usually have exercise videos too

You are too sweet. This is one of the dresses I tried on but not my fav. I do love it though. I was told to start with light weight and more reps so I will definitely try the 5-10lb weight. Thank you so much dear. Smiley love

Pushups!!! Do them on your knees if you can't do full ones, if you can't do them on your knees, do them on the stairs or the wall for an incline. Doesn't take much time and so good for abs, back, and arms Smiley smile

You look gorgeous in that dress! 🔥🔥 If you’re looking to loose weight in your back you have to realize that you can’t spot train and will need to drop weight all over. The most important factor is diet, you can’t out work a bad diet. So really pay attention to what you’re eating and start adding in some cardio and weight lifting.
You already look gorgeous though but I completely understand wanting to look your absolute best for your wedding. Good luck!

It’s unfortunately not possible to spot train a certain area of your body. I would look into making sure you’re in a calorie deficit if you want to lose fat.

You look amazing and your body is beautiful! You have great curves and that dress compliments them amazingly. I honestly don't think you need to change a thing, and I'm sure your fiancé feels the same way. Smiley smile

I hesitate even to say anything you "should do" to change, because I don't think you need to. If you want to feel healthier and more energized, then some of the things PPs have talked about could help! You can start with simple things like drinking more water, including more veggies in your meals, taking vitamins to ensure you're getting all the nutrition your body needs.

I've also found things like Zumba or Kickboxing are fun ways of feeling great in your body. If you're crunched for time, you can do simple body weight exercises on your work breaks, and Pinterest and Youtube have some great options. Hope this is helpful!

You look amazing. Your dress is bangin' lol but regards to toning up try low carb and intermittent fasting works like a charm. also more weights rather than cardio (still do some cardio) will tone your body because it creates that muscle you are looking for and speeds up your metabolism. Because you have a busy life going for walks on your break from work are helpful, runs/walks after work. If you have weights at home those are helpful too or get creative and lift certain objects in your house lol or your child??? make a game maybe lol? good luck to you and congrats!!

You are amazingly sweet. Thank you so much. I do love my curves and there are some small things I would like to work on. I have already increased my water intake, changed my choice of snacks to healthier ones, and I do take vitamins. I could increase the veggies though. Its crazy you mentioned kickboxing because that is something I have been wanting to try if I can find the time. Thank you so much. Your'e a doll.Smiley heart

Andrea, you are amazing! I am struggling with body positivity and feeling comfortable in my own skin and I think your message is so important.

Stephanie, you look amazing and if you decide you want to try kickboxing or if you want to eat healthier I send you so much support, but never feel like you have to for anyone other than yourself!
