Beginner August 2020

August 8th back up plan

So like most people on here the virus has raised alot of concern and added so much stress. I know it's to soon to know if we will have to make changes. I was wanting to get others inputs on backup plans...

Wedding planning has gone anything but smoothly. First pastor didn't really know if he wanted to marry us (due to my family having people divorced). Next pastor agreed to do it and recently got into trouble with the law for theft. I feel like things would be easier to just elope but really dont want to do that I have been planning a wedding with our family and closest friends for the past year and would appreciate any tips, and ideas for a backup plan. We are continuing as planned for August 8th.
We have discussed what our backup plan would be: we would still get married that day with just our parents there (IF they are issuing marriage licenses... because right now that is also closed). We would then do a wedding next year (and would probably be stuck with a Thursday or Sunday since nothing will be left). We would still do a ceremony next year and then a reception as well.
