I'm asian myself but a little confused with what asian venue is lol. Do you mean having reception at an asian restaurant? If you are talking about asian ceremony venue, in my case as well as most friends I know, we would just rent a venue we will and incorporate traditions within the ceremony and timeline....

Asian is not a theme or an 'inspiration'. Are you Asian? Korean? Vietnamese?

There is a beautiful venue called the Morikami museum and Japanese gardens in Delray beach.

Man you guys are fast to jump the gun. I want to do a Asian styled wedding without it being distinctly "Asian/Chinese". If you don't know, most Chinese weddings are in Chinese banquet halls and are very traditional. I'd like something with Asian decor but doesn't require the stiff nature of a traditional wedding

Sorry for the assumptions OP, we have just have seen several instances of brides trying to have "culture themed" weddings for cultures they do not identify with

I don't know if this is the kind of thing that interests you, but the Wings of Asia exhibit at the Miami Zoo can be rented for evening weddings. It's set in an Asian-inspired garden and fish, turtles and birds from all over Asia are housed nearby.. close enough to see.
