Are you providing your own make up for your hair and make up stylist or letting them use theirs on you?

Using all of theirs, getting my money’s worth! Plus I’m sure they know how their products hold up and how to apply correctly. I’ve never used my own makeup when getting it done professionally.

However, my MUA did mention that she'd let me know ahead of time what lip products she'd be using and would recommend one to purchase if I'd like to reapply/wear again. Maybe ask what they'll be using?

My sister is my makeup artist actually! We agreed that I will bring my own foundation and she will bring all other things (eyeshadow, faux eyelashes, lipstick, blush, eyebrow pencil, etc.) Her Christmas gift is also the eyeshadow palette and lipstick bundle that I want her to use for my wedding so that was convenient. As for my mom and bridesmaids, my sister said she would be happy to do their makeup so long as they bring their own foundation too. She would have to spend a ton of money to buy everyone's foundation shade and I didn't want her to have to do that.

They provided the makeup. I've never heard of providing your own makeup for a professional to use.
