It's a tricky balance trying to keep everyone happy, but at the end of the day - not everyone can make the cut. ✂️✂️✂️

So it's time to share - who made your list??

First question.... are you inviting kids? Did you have a cut-off based on age, or did you go adults only?

Next Question: Are you inviting cousins?

Not a chance are we inviting kids. I love them, but no, not at a wedding. I've never actually been to a wedding with kids invited.

We have 60 kids on the guest list! We included them all for everyone... FH has a huge family and lots of kiddos so it will be interesting... I know some ppl who are trying to do it kidless so hoping only 30 come.. we are doing a candy bar tho so they will love that! We also are providing crayons and coloring paper for during cocktail hour and dinner

No! There will only be one child there, my daughter.

If I had the budget I would, but I can't justify it.

I'm not inviting kids really, but not to have an "adult only" wedding per se. It's purely a numbers thing - if I invited people's children, and most of them aren't small, we'd have almost double the guest list. The people in my wedding party who have small children are travelling to the wedding and are voluntarily not bringing their kids.

Yes but limited to only kids in our immediate family (i.e. siblings' children and cousins' children)

Kid friendly here. 6 in the wedding party. Several families invited will have their kids with them if they come.

No kids for us, and we’re still over the limit. Freaking out at this point, I also know some people won’t come, but still... this is the worst part of wedding planning.

We are only letting the kids that are included in the wedding attend. We have a huge family so by not including the kids we were able to stay in budget and include most of the family that we keep in contact with. If we included the children it would had been an additional 30. It is a touchy subject but I let everyone know that it would be a no kids wedding with anticipation so they could plan ac accordingly. No one had an issue with it.

Adults only, east coast, black tie. I have never been to a wedding with kids. And I work a lot, and really don't see them. I only see flower girls every now and again.

We are not inviting kids, but that had more to do with our social circles not having any young children rather than a deliberate decision to exclude children. The youngest guest will be my 17 year old sister.
