I was planning on wearing FMIL's veil, but the cleaner I took it to said she was worried about it because it was starting to disintegrate in some spots. I have a friend in Washington though who's mom has been doing lacework and sewing her entire life, and she said if I just pay for the lace and the mesh, she'll make it for me and send it my way. Which is really awesome because it's proving near impossible to find a mantilla in champagne/gold.
