Anybody else worried future hubby won't like their dress?

Wasn't worried in the slightest. Whats important is that YOU feel beautiful in it. If you are happy and feel good, your beauty will shine through regardless. And anyway, it would be crazy to think the man will be judging your dress or feeling disappointed when you are on your walk to go commit your love to him. I wouldn't give this thought any more attention. You really shouldnt

Yes I am! I haven't even decided on a dress and I'm getting married in August! I know he will be happy with whatever I wear but I still want him to love every part of our wedding.

I worry about that too! In the opposite way though. FH is most attracted to me in workout wear, and laid back outfits. My dress is a big, fat ballgown. I look like one of those barbie dome cakes. I feel like a farie queen in it, but I'm scared he'll hate it!

I could be wearing a paper bag and I really don't think he would care. At the end of the day I'm sure he will love whatever you wear!

I am a people pleaser. I care what others think of me. I often let that sway my decisions.

For my wedding dress... for once, I did something with no ones input but my own. It's my dress & I'm gonna rock that dress. I don't give a muffin if anyone else doesn't like it.

My FH loves me for me. It's why I am marrying him. He's not marrying a dress or a image... He's marrying the woman.

I think he is expecting something form fitting but he knows it's poofy from the bag!

All he knows is it's champagne colored. I doubt that he really cares about the dress, he loves me no matter what.

I'm worried about it, but I'm a big believer that if you feel great in your dress, you'll "glow". So just hoping my "bridal glow" will carry it if he doesn't like the dress

He thinks I look amazing whether I'm in stretch pants and tank top or dressed to kill. So I expect him to be blown away on our wedding day no matter what. Confidence is the sexiest thing in the world. He will think you look absolutely amazing no matter what.

I used to be and thankfully I had the idea of showing him pictures of me in different styles of dresses. I was dead set on mermaid (thought he liked it as well) and turns out he kept picking "poofy" dresses. He also hated every dress that wasn't strapless. So while he says he will find me beautiful in anything, I didn't want to risk him not being 100% thrilled with it. Turns out he was right and I look the best with a strapless, poofy dress so I'm no longer worried. He hasn't seen me in my final dress and won't till our first look but I'm not concerned since his two wishes are in my dress.

I was very worried about this as well, I was a Tom boy when we first met so he most likes me in laid back clothing. I just had him watch a couple episodes of Say yes to the dress and showed him some pictures on pintrest so I can make sure and see what I know he won't like. I'm just going to take it from there. I hope I know what he likes since we have been together over 6 years.

My H hates strapless dresses and even in my strapless wedding dress, he thought I looked beautiful. Your FH will love the way you look.

My FH wanted me to be in a sheath dress or something that looked like I crawled out of a Roman movie. Mind you I don't mind that style of dress for a nice occasion, but I always envisioned myself in something more sophisticated. I also showed him a series of dresses I had tried on, but did not reveal the one I love and ultimately chose. It was a fit and flare. He didn't like the "poufy" bottom. But I know on the day he will absolutely think I am stunning. I told him if he didn't like the dress to lie to me and then tell me 20 years later, so we can have a good laugh then!

It's one of the big things I've worried about. FH has never seen me in a dress, but he refuses to see it before I walk down the aisle. No one else has seen me in a dress since 98 so I've been feeling a little self conscious about it. Nothing I can do but warn him not to laugh.

The way I see it, your fiancé is marrying YOU and fell in love with YOU...not the wedding dress. He most likely loves you whether your wearing pajamas or a nice dress. Just wait, he'll be smiling from ear to ear as you walk down the aisle

My dress had a funky bottom. I love it, but I know it's not everyone's taste. So some people, even FH will not like my dress.

It's a little nerve wracking I think my FH always pictured me in a strapless dress, but over the last year and a half I've lost a lot of weight so my chest has shrunk a lot, the cruel part of losing weight is the only part you want to keep is the first to go so I'm not sure if I will be able to pull a strapless off the way he pictures it so that makes me nervous but I know he loves me and would marry me in ripped up sweats if he needed too. Your FH loves you too and will think you are beautiful. I think as women we are hard on ourselves. I'm sure you will look beautiful and be glowing on your big day!
