Any August weddings in Texas??

So we are in Houston and watching the Covid cases rise are messing with our heart rate. The wedding was to be in April with about 250 guests. We rescheduled to August with 100 guest count. Is anyone else worried we may have a total lockdown before then? We are asking all guests to be masked as per governor's request.

Well, we were April 4, then August 15 with about 50 folks both times. Now we're postponing until the 4th again because we don't want our families travelling, but the venue won't work with us again. So before you heavily consider postponing, talk with your venue. If Abbott shuts things down then you can postpone more than likely, but otherwise you may very well be stuck in a hard place. I'm so sorry you're going through this. It all sucks.

Hey girl, yes!!! Right here! We are getting married August 23rd & our minister had to cancel on us. He’s in Arizona. And one of our groomsmen has COVID so he cancelled too. I completely understand & am more concerned about everyone’s safety over our wedding. I’m in Plano & don’t know what to do. I’m so sorry you’re going through this too!! Best wishes to you!
