I've used Anomalie and my personal experience with customer service was great! Everything was amazing in theory until I got my dress. It wasn't to my expectations but there's a few other brides on here that have shared their experience and it worked out perfectly well for them. It's a toss up for sure but when I voiced by concerns with them, they allowed me to get a full refund and I just ended up buying a dress from Stillwhite and I'm head over heels.

Hi! I ordered my dress through Anomalie and so far the experience has been great! I have my dress, but I haven’t opened the package yet. I will open it this weekend and I can let you know how it goes!

I unboxed my dress today. It is exactly how it is supposed to be. Overall, I wanted a fairly simple dress. I wanted a long sleeve, illusion sleeves with lace, lace on the bodice, flowy skirt, no train, unlined back with lace going down the spine. The main two reasons I decided to go with Anomalie are: I wanted long sleeves and wasn't having a ton of luck finding dresses with sleeves that I liked, and I wanted blue to be in the dress somehow. The blue-belle lining is mostly visible on the bodice but is also lining the skirt. The skirt will have a subtle blue tint in some pictures depending on the lighting! The buttons are also blue! The dress is perfect! I am in love with it and I am so happy I chose Anomalie!
