My box came with illusion mesh and tulle fabric samples, champagne gummy bears, and a measuring tape!

I was disappointed that I couldn't receive lace as that was the fabric I was pickier on, but my stylist actually explained this to me in my second consultation. They only send small samples and most of the lace would require a yard or so to really see what it looks like and sending a small sample often so deceiving to what it will actually look like. So instead on their website they put a lot of pictures and post dresses that were made with that lace so you can get a better understanding!
Here what was in my box!

First let's start with the illusion mesh! There are 4 colors and they send you two layered sheets, as that's how they make the dresses. You will lay them over your skin to determine the best color match for what you want! I'm looking at going with Golden Hour for myself more than likely. However I want to have someone help me hold it up around my neckline and shoulders and match it better! They recommend choosing the lighter of two shades you are in between to beat match!

Then I also received 8 tulle stackup samples! Each sample has a layer of colored lining and two layers of tulle, as that is the typical construction, however more may be added if needed.

There are different combinations of linings and colors of tulle to make different looks!
Having a chance to really touch and hold the fabric is amazing! Especially with the mesh to really get a good match. I'm honestly pretty pale and was worried about the mesh not matching me. All the fabric feels great and is soft and not scratchy at all!
Next I'll be finalizing my sketch, approving my fabrics, and submitting my measurements! I have to complete all these steps and pay my dress in full by the end of April to receive it by September 28th, which is two months before my date. While they make the dress to your measurements, alterations are still needed to really get the perfect fit and add things such as a bustle!
