All inclusive weddings??

Most islands on the Carribean offer all inclusive packages, I’m not sure if mountains would be near though.

All inclusive is pretty easy to find, however if you are looking for “non generic”, I would search for boutique hotels. Some do offer food and beverage packages. We ended up booking at a resort that is NOT all inclusive. Some guests were not excited about that, but the experience of local food and a beautiful place to stay, I hope it will be all worth it. Our venue is surrounded by volcanic rock and cliffs, with the Caribbean ocean glowing all around the resort. Can you tell I love my venue lol. It is also in Jamaica, which has beautiful mountains ☺️

If you want mountains and he wants beach ... maybe try a state park by a lake. A lot of them have cabin/wedding packages and it’s a nice in between.

Some of the venues I considered were in Panama and Curaçao! If you want to combine that beach and mountain feel.

We chose Sandals South Coast and will be getting married in Jamaica in their over water chapel. Our wedding is free because we're staying 7 days. They have resorts with both beach and mountain options as the backdrop.
