All inclusive wedding pakcages..Paging Celia

Uju, on May 2, 2017 at 11:23 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 41

Hello Everyone, I know this has probably been treated a billion times but I am LOOSING MY MIND. I need a nice venue for beautiful outdoor ceremony and indoor reception that includes vendors for about $20,000. I am looking at the New York area , so anywhere within and not more than 2hrs away from the city. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Also, if it is not all inclusive, then hopefully somewhere that offers less than $100 per person.

Try putting Paging Celia in your title. She often has great suggestions around that area.

I'm getting married at Chateau Briand (semi-inclusive) in Carle Place. My per person price is $88.63 (2016 rate), for a Thursday night wedding. Includes cocktail hour, premium open bar, 4 course meal, 2 desserts, cake. They also provide a comp night at the hotel next door.

The room is a minimum of 125 guests. That would leave with a bit under $9k for everything else. Is it possible? Yes, but you'll need to get creative.

If you want a true all- inclusive venue, try Ariana Caterers (I think that's the name) in West Hempstead. Astoria World Manor might be all-inclusive as well.

Yep edit the header. She might not be the only Celia, but she is THE Celia and quite well known on the forums.

The only places I have seen with reasonable offers are Lippincott manor and Brentwood country club but I am not sold on Brentwood and Lippincott may be too far for some of my guests.Anyone with a large guest list get married in Lippincott lately?

Howdy. Thank you for all the kind words!

For starters, I'd try to keep the list to 100; you're looking at a time crunch at this point (sorry...). To be at 100 bucks PP, you need to really be at about 80.00 base price because you're looking at almost 30% tax and service. The upside is that IF the venues have an opening (and I'd be open to the morning into afternoon slot) they might have value pricing in place.

    Try these; all in NJ

The Olde Mill in Bernards Township (ask for Marien or Lindsey)

The Tides in North Haledon (Ask for Tom)

    Victor's Chateau in Little Falls

    Il Tulipano in Cedar Grove

The Westwood at Garwood (I think it's Cathy)

    The Bethwood (ask for Steve)

Hird Lake Spa (rustic but very cute)

    Brook Lake Country Club (Pete)

    Brick House in Wyckoff

    Valley Regency in Clifton

    Tourne Winery in Hillburn

Valley Crest Farms in Lebanon (you need a caterer; look at Emily's Cafe; they also have dozens of other locations that the recommend)

Raritan Inn (you also need a caterer here, but it's adorable and they have 8 guest rooms...)

    Waterloo Village in Stanhope

    Jack's Barn in Oxford

Look at East Wind, so affordable and includes everything except invitations. Has a salon on site and a resort to stay at if you need accommodations.

Edit - if your date is really 5/6 I think you are going to have a hard time finding something. I booked East Wind in February and I got the last date in April '18.

WOW!! Thank you so much everyone. @Mrs.Fall Bride the $20,000 is just for ceremony and reception doesn't include other miscellaneous. Brentwood, Mansion at Timber pointe, Lippincott manor, Chateau La Mer all offer all inclusive with dj, photo, video, flowers and wedding cake but I am not sold on some of the venues I have seen so far. Thank you all once again for all the suggestions. Celia you certainly have a lot of options. Thank you. I will check these and give feedback. You all have been so much help. I am still open to more suggestions just in case.

Vanderbilt in Staten Island. It's 10 minute(s) from bridge and it's on the beach. It's absolutely beautiful. I have been looking into that venue. It's beautiful

Try Bear Mountain - even though their prices are around $120/pp all inclusive, they are very flexible and can work with you on dismantling the package to get it down to your budget.

Avilla Louisa, Bolton Connecticut i'm not sure if it's two hours away maybe a little more or a little less but it's definitely worth checking out and it's def less than 100 a head. Best part owner is the chef and food is spectacular

Try reaching out to Steve at the Van Cortlandt Golf Lake House in the Bronx. Lots of free parking, lakeside venue, and in-house catering. They aren't a wedding mill, but the place can be transformed nicely for a wedding.

Also, try the Renaissance Event Hall in Long Island City. There's no outdoor ceremony space now, but we were told that they are going under renovations, including opening a garden area for ceremonies.
