Hello Everyone, I know this has probably been treated a billion times but I am LOOSING MY MIND. I need a nice venue for beautiful outdoor ceremony and indoor reception that includes vendors for about $20,000. I am looking at the New York area , so anywhere within and not more than 2hrs away from the city. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Also, if it is not all inclusive, then hopefully somewhere that offers less than $100 per person.

Not sure if you want to stay in a specific area of NY, but if you are willing to go to Brooklyn, try The Riviera in Coney Island. Don't know the prices but my nephew and his wife are very frugal and were on a tight budget and got married there. It was recently renovated and is gorgeous, modern and food was top notch! My venue is Deity in Boerum Hill. Price was very reasonable and they tell you the price with tax and gratuity included so you know exactly what you're paying. Includes cocktail hour, family style dinner, $25 per/person bar credit (we're doing on consumption) and DJ. The place needs little to no décor and they also provide candles for the aisle and tables. Ceremony is indoors though. For 80 people, will run about $14,000. Dessert is $700 (getting it from an outside pasty chef).

Other suggestions above are great! I would suggest staying away from Coral House and Old Mill - not so great...

Thanks @firstoneat56 I will check both out We really are not fixed on an area, infact the further away to cut the guest list, the better.

It was 2 1/2 years ago. They had a church ceremony but I'm sure you can do the ceremony there.

Ok I will reach out. I think my biggest issue with price is an in season wedding. It's looking like it might be Lippincott manor I am highly biased towards them because their package includes the wonderful Erica Lee photography (I do hope she will be available for my dates).

Getting married in spring is the most expensive, especially for a Saturday wedding. If you are getting married in a slow month, you usually get it for a discount (the same venue, food, people, and decor at my venue is about 5000 more in may than it was in August). Because of this, I'd plan for an off month if changing your date is a possibility!

The Olde Mill is not the Old Mill. The Olde Mill in Bernards Township is fabulous.

I forgot about the Sterling Ballroom. I really like it and their menu is very innovative.

    Welcome, Uju!

My niece got married at the Brentwood Country Club in Sept. 2015. It was actually a very nice wedding - much better than I had anticipated! I heard Brentwood and was apprehensive but I needn't have been. The food was good and the room was spacious. They had the ceremony outside right there and that was also very nice. I'm not sure how their food is but the location of Chateu la Mer is great - being on the water is so wonderful.

    Good luck with your search!

If you're willing to travel as far as Lippincott Manor, take a look at FEAST at Round Hill in Washingtonville (Orange County). They offer Thursday pricing that I believe is about $95/head but it includes all service fees and gratuities. You would just need to add tax.
